Who Is TabTrade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal
TabTrade - The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail matters. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. It is preferable to a founder with no industry background.
They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.
Platforms
You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for automated strategies but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That will be a good addition once it is live.
Accounts and Pricing
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. $0 to start. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not for most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.
Should you care? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says what kind of broker this is.
Combine that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
Now, the detail that requires honesty. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal is worth it depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you deposit.
